Foto Distributors is the legal custodian of the Nikon Brand and holds the copy rights and trade marks for Nikon in this region.

1. Nikon Products purchased outside of South Africa without a Worldwide Warranty
Foto Distributors will service and repair these products at a cost to the customer. These products will not receive the discounts on repairs as applicable to locally purchased products. Customer must provide the following before a product is serviced or repaired:Proof of purchase Customs Duty Clearing Certificate Customs Vat Certificate Kindly note that no further warranty will be applicable to the repaired item.
2. Products without the above documentation will not be serviced or repaired by Foto Distributors and customers are requested to return goods to the country of purchase for repairs
Please Note: None of the Digital Products carry any International Warranty. Warranty for these items is only applicable in the country of purchase.
Foto Distributors has an updated database of serial numbers for all Nikon Products sold in their territory.
Foto Distributors is the only Nikon Authorised Service and Repair Centre in South Africa.
It is also the only Service Centre that is fully equipped with specialized tooling, test equipment, software and factory-trained staff to carry out repairs to Nikon products.
