The following list contains the ONLY authorised online dealers in South Africa. The dealers are authorised by the sole distributors of Nikon in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

The official warranties, including extended warranties on specific models, free product training, free lifetime sensor cleaning, software and firm ware updates on cameras and any other special benefits offered by the distributors of Nikon in South Africa to consumers in South Africa are only applicable on Nikon products purchased from Authorised Nikon online and retail partners.

PLEASE NOTE: The MAC warranty is not applicable in South Africa and is only applicable in the USA; therefore you have to return your product to the USA or the UNAUTHORISED retailer for any repairs or service issues.

Nikon’s authorised service centres are based in Johannesburg and Cape Town at Nikon’s offices.

Nikon products purchased outside of South Africa do not qualify for any local promotions and benefits in South Africa E.G. Free product training, Lifetime sensor cleaning, Firmware updates or any other local extended warranties.

Cameras do not carry an international warranty and warranties are only applicable in country of purchase.

Purchases outside of South Africa: Proof of purchase as well as a SARS tax clearance certificate certifying that all applicable duties and Vat were paid, must be submitted for any chargeable repairs.

All warranties, training and other services are subject to rules and procedures of Foto Distributors from time to time.
